Marianna Orlinkova is a journalist and chef. She is the Deputy editor-in-chief at the Gastronomy magazine, Brand chef at the Lesnoy Terem restaurant in Astashov and Kolette Bistro in Budapest, Chef at the cooking school for special adults at the Center for Curative Pedagogics: Special Childhood. Marianna has authored 5 cookbooks and published 52.

After this funny and somewhat philosophical film, it's high time to talk about its origins — about pickles! What are Jewish pickles? How did these cucumbers suddenly become American? How are they different from the ones we are used to? And from each other?
These themes are going to be covered by gastronomic journalist and chef Marianna Orlinkova. But we won’t limit ourselves to talking — we will sample the cucumbers too.
