The 8th MJFF won't take place in 2022

The festival committee has made the decision not to hold the 8th Moscow Jewish Film Festival in 2022.

With deep regret, the team of the Moscow Jewish Film Festival is compelled to announce the cancellation of the 8th MJFF in 2022.

This decision is due to the challenging geopolitical situation both within and outside the country, as well as the inability to secure financial support from several key partners of the festival.

We sincerely apologize for the necessity of this cancellation. Making such a decision was not easy for our team, but the safety and well-being of our participants and guests are our top priority.

We strive to return to you next year and present the finest works of contemporary Jewish cinema on the grand stages of Moscow.
