The winners of the 9th MJFF

The winners of the 9th Moscow Jewish Film Festival were announced during the Closing ceremony.

The 9th Moscow Jewish Film Festival (9th MJFF) has ended in Moscow. The Closing ceremony took place at the Mosfilm Cinema complex. During the ceremony, the jury members named the winners in six nominations. The closing film was the Russian premiere of the film «A Good Jewish Boy».

• Best Film: «Kidnapped», dir. Marco Bellocchio (Italy)
• Jury prize: «The Milky Way», dir. Maya Kenig (Israel)
• Best Narrative Short Film: «Girl No. 60427», dir. Shulamit Lifshitz and Oriel Berkovits (Israel)
• Best Documentary Feature Film: «The Three of Us», dir. Henya Brodbeker (Israel)
• The jury prize of the documentary competition: «How to Make Challah», dir. Sarah Rosen (USA)
• Best Documentary Short Film: «The Speed of The Distance Between Us», dir. Yuval Shapira (USA, Israel)
