About film
The year is 1928. After long wanderings abroad, the family of the old Couple, along with other immigrants, arrives in the Soviet Union, in the Jewish autonomous region of Birobidzhan. They are trying to find their place in the Far East. A comedy with music by Isaac Dunaevsky.
