Tamas Wormser

Hungarian producer, director, and screenwriter. In 1986 he moved to Canada. He started out as a theatre director and then transitioned to the documentary genre. In 2003 Wormser released his debut film Step Up! about a dancer who lost his leg in an accident. It was recognized as the Best Documentary at the Moscow International Disability Film Festival. In 2007 he released his film Believe In Me! about the lives of teenaged dads, a social group often disregarded in Canadian society. He has spent seven years filming The Wandering Muse about musical interpretations of Jewish identities.
