About film
After the death of her husband, Hadasha loses faith in God. The rabbi and her parents try to help her and warn her that leaving the faith may affect the girl's unborn child — perhaps the widow is carrying a child of Satan. However, Hadasha did not want to listen and refused to return to religion. Shot in Yiddish, the film uses elements of folk horror and is not afraid to raise uncomfortable questions about faith and religion.

Recently, he completed a Master's degree in directing at the National Film and Television School in Beaconsfield. His works have been featured at various film awards, including the Iris Prize and High Peak. Some of his notable short films include «The Face of Chance» (2015), «Web» (2017), and «Sauce» (2020). His latest play, «The Knot», received critical acclaim when it was performed at the Old Red Lion Theatre.
