Monkey House (2023)

Amitai Kriav, a former famous novelist, wants to revive his career and impress his girlfriend, an old unrequited love. He finds out that a student who is writing a dissertation on literature about him and plans to publish a book will not come to him for a series of interviews, as previously planned. The writer decides to take matters into his own hands and conducts a casting for a young actress to play the role of a graduate student in the dissertation. After the casting, Margot, a young woman with no prior knowledge of literature but strong acting ambitions, is chosen to impersonate the graduate student. From that point on, the lives of all the characters involved will be changed forever.
