About film
A mini-drama about coming of age, the search for higher justice, and denial. Adam, a teenage boy, lives with his mother who suffers from deep depression. She hardly ever gets out of bed, and their home has turned into a cluttered and unkempt place. The protagonist engages in internal dialogues with God, at times begging for mercy and at times commanding an immediate healing for his mother. Struggling to hold onto his faith, he increasingly falls into despair. How will this painful process of growing up conclude, and will Adam manage to come to terms with the situation?
