In a tiny Montreal apartment, something mysterious is happening. Thousands of LED lights flash, illuminating portraits of people from Frank Gehry to Anne Boleyn. At the center of this electric mayhem is Bill Anhang, a self-taught visionary artist. This documentary is his portrait.

Her second film Billsville,dedicated to the outsider artist Bill Anhang, was commissioned by CBC. Jacobson's writing was shortlisted for PRISM International’s Non-Fiction Contest.
