About event
The discussion between Program Curator Egor Belikov and Svetlana Ushakova will cover contemporary methods of reconstruction and preservation of the memory of the Holocaust. The speakers will talk about the principles that the Shoah Foundation follows while creating films, and how to tell the stories of the Holocaust survivors on screen in the right manner. What is so remarkable about Sara Góralnik’s story in particular, and how many refugees who were similarly hiding under other people’s names were there in Eastern Europe?
