Nellu Cohn

was born in 1956, French musician, photographer, documentary filmmaker, and radio presenter. He spent his life in communist Romania, where he started learning music. He continued his studies in Israel, and then directed an orchestra in Paris. In 2009 he published a photography book My Tel Aviv, and then Tsahal about the Israel army. He had exhibitions in Israel and France. In 2016 Cohn filmed Tel Aviv. Live about artists in Israel's capital. In 2019 he announced his new documentary about the extermination of the Jewish people in the Romanian city Iași (Jassi) during World War II, which is funded by French television.
